A: For print orders, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Digital orders are available for download immediately after processing.
Q: How do I access my ebook or printable wall art after purchase?
A: After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a download link.
Q: Can I return or exchange an ebook or digital item?
A: All digital items are non-refundable. However, if there’s a problem with your file (e.g., it's corrupted or won’t open), please contact us at support@thedownloaddeli.ca, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
