At The Download Deli, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully, especially as it applies differently to Digital Products (eBooks, Wall Art) and paperbacks.
All ebook sales are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience an issue with your ebook file (e.g., it is corrupted or does not open), please contact us at support@thedownloaddeli.ca, and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.
We gladly accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges for paperbacks under the following conditions:
· The book arrives damaged or defective
· You received the wrong item
· You changed your mind after purchase
· The book has been used or is not in its original condition
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at refunds@thedownloaddeli.ca with:
· Your order number
· A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
· A brief description of the issue
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
